Easy shipping
The very first step is to make sure you get your cards from Universal Grading Services. You can do this in 2 different ways. You can send your cards or you can deliver the cards to our office (from 5 pieces). Do you choose to deliver your cards to us personally? Then make an appointment in advance. You can do this by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

Receipt & confirm
As soon as we have received your tickets by post, we will send you a confirmation via WhatsApp. We then make your order anonymous and provide it with a unique code.

Keep safe
Until the moment it is your turn to grade, we keep them safe in a safe. This way your cards remain safe and protected.

Authenticate
Authenticate Your card(s) will be removed from the packaging in a dust-free room by our experts. After the card(s) has been removed from the packaging, it is checked for authenticity. When your card has been assessed as genuine, it will continue to the next step. If this is not the case, we will contact you and your card will be placed in a custom case. There is no grading for this one.

Degrees
When grading your card, it receives a global grade that is substantiated by 4 different subgrades. We use a globally recognized measurement tool to see how well your map is centered (Centering). With our advanced technology we look at the edges (Edges), the corners (Corners) and the surface (Surface) of your card. This way you immediately know how the general grade of your card has been assessed and in what condition your card is.

Double check
Your card is carefully and individually assessed and inspected by several experts. In this way we can guarantee and safeguard the objectivity of the figure. Together they come to a conclusion to determine the final and final grade.

Registration
After we have graded your cards, they will be included in our database. We digitally register the label of your card in this way. As soon as your card is registered, we receive a QR code that we print on the back of the label with sustainable ink.

Ultimate protection
After grading your card(s) we seal it in a high quality robust acrylic case. These acrylic cases are not only very sturdy, but also look luxurious. This way you protect your cards against damage such as UV, scratches, folds and moisture. The cases are crystal clear and do justice to your valuable card.

Return shipment
The very last step in the Grading process is the safe and protected return of your card(s). First of all, we check your order for completeness and then pack it neatly and protected. We will then send your cards with the return shipment chosen by you. To ensure that you can track your card(s) at all times, we provide the Track & Trace code via WhatsApp. Then you are only a few steps away from enjoying your graded cards.
