The property is often fully booked, and late check-outs are usually not possible. If you would like to request a later check out, please ask at least three days prior to your departure. Before you go, please write us a note in the guestbook near the entry way and leave us a review online. We would love to read about your experience!
Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will not be permitted to stay.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke in backyard only, in the designated smoking area with two ashtray. There is a smoking cleaning fee of $600 towards sterilization and deep cleaning, from smoking odors or indoor smoking evidence through AC filters. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee for cigarette butts lying around property after check out.
We do not offer daily maid service. If you wish to have additional cleaning at your expense, please let us know and we will schedule it for you.
All televisions are smart TV's and Roku / device compatible. If you use a device, please set TV back to original setting before you check out. If you sign into your app, please remember to log-out.
The hottub is cleaned weekly and is every wednesday by a professional pool company.
Please do not park in the street. Please do not park more than 4 cars in the south driveway. Do not park on grass.
The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen near the side door.
To access laundry room, open double bifold door in the hallway leading to the master bedroom. Please empty lint trap after each cycle. Please do not overload the washer or dryer. Attend to laundry in a prompt matter.
Bikes are to be used at your own risk. Please use locks if you take them off premise. Please return bikes to shed. DO NOT LEAVE BICYCLES OUTSIDE OR IN DRIVEWAY.
There are three air conditioning zones. One thermostat is near the master bedroom, the other is in hallway towards second and third bedrooms and third is in the smaller unit hallway. Do not adjust below 70F degrees, doing so will result in breakdown and freezing of unit parts. Keep all windows and doors closed while the AC is running. Failure to do so will result in a freeze-up. To adjust, glide finger on the right side of the thermostat. Tap mirror front to “wake up” the thermostat.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. Noise, music, and loud conversation must be kept at a minimum, especially between the hours of 9 PM and 7 AM.
Trash cans are located under the carport. TRASH DAYS: THURSDAY MORNING & MONDAY MORNING. Please bring the brown can to street on Wednesday evening and both blue and brown cans on Sunday evening for early pick up the following morning. All trash must be bagged. Please bring cans back in from the street after they are emptied.
ALL other items must be placed in the trash. Guests are responsible for stoppages due to their misuse and will also be responsible to pay plumber bills for repair/ unclogging. Absolutely no wipes (even flushable) are allowed in toilet! A plumber visit to remove foreign items starts at $350+.
Illegal or unethical activity will NOT be tolerated at the property. Parties are not permitted. If such activity is suspected, police will be called, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and the booking will be terminated without refunds.
We have four (4) total video-only security cameras on the EXTERIOR ONLY of the property. DO NOT TAMPER.
Had a great time here with some friends. The weather was a bit spotty for the beach but there was still plenty to do at the house and around!
We had a great stay! The beach is walkable which is nice, and the owner was very flexible in accommodating our travel situation. Would stay again!
