Had a great time here with some friends. The weather was a bit spotty for the beach but there was still plenty to do at the house and around!

Me and some friends stayed here for my bachelor trip and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We came down to attend The Honda Classic and play a ton of golf, all while wanting the ability to walk to the beach and experience the local nightlife and food - and this place delivered in all regards. Walkability to anything you might need is unmatched, but the house itself was perfect for anything and everything we wanted to be able to do. 11/10 would absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area! All I can say is WOW! This place was even more amazing than the pictures made it seem. We felt right at home. The backyard is a great tropical vibe with plenty to do. The inside was very clean and very nicely renovated. The attention to detail is incredible. Each room is designed to make you feel like you’re at a resort. The only downside is that I couldn’t stay longer! Next time I am back in town I will definitely make it a property to stay longer. Thanks for the accommodation!
My family (8 in total ranging from 31 to 86) enjoyed a relaxing 2.5 days at Jonathan's place while attending a wedding in the area. Clean and spacious house with a beautiful private backyard. Great location: easy walk to the ocean; restaurants literally around the corner; stores within walking distance. Several bikes that appear to be in good riding condition. We unfortunately did not get an opportunity to ride. Our only regret is that we did not have 2 additional days to make full use of the house and location.

We LOVED this Airbnb! We will be back! It lived up to all the things in the description. We had so much fun hanging outside even with the rain, under the cabana. Ten minute walk to the beach, which we took advantage of. Super close to a GREAT shopping and restaurant plaza. Thank you for having us!

This Airbnb could not have worked out better. We were very fortunate to be able to book it last minute. Jonathan the host was very accommodating and made it very easy for us. What an amazing experience. Cleanest Airbnb/Vacation rental I have ever stayed at. It was even prettier than the pictures. The tiki hut was a great hangout spot and we enjoyed friendly games of mini-golf, cornhole and darts! My co-workers and I really appreciate the hospitality and are looking forward to visiting again. 10/10 will recommend to all family and friends!
The home was wonderful. We had 13 people and we all had enough space. The backyard was a big hit we played back there for hours. The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of towels. Laundry was helpful to wash beach towels from multiple beach days. Host responded quickly and even came and replaced the water for the water filter and fixed the bikes so we could ride them.
One of the best Air BnBs I have ever stayed at! The place was big enough for 8 girls. Each room was decorated with beach decor which was fitting for the area. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. They even had bikes and beach towels. The location was excellent, you could walk over the bridge to the beach and there was plenty of restaurants in walking distance.The outdoor area was my favorite. The tiki hut and games were great to have for a night in. They had mini golf, ping pong, and darts, along with every board game you could think of. The hot tub was the highlight! The host was friendly and responded quickly with questions about the area. Check in and out was smooth. Would highly recommend this Air BnB!
Overall, my family was very happy with Jonathan's rental in Deerfield. We were visiting family for a few days and the house fit our needs perfectly. Everything was immaculately cleaned and the space is very well decorated -- just what you would Imagine in a Florida rental home.There were a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, enough space to accommodate a large group. The backyard was great and we utilized it a lot in the evenings. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought in designing the space.The location is also great. Just a few short blocks to the intercostal and also very close to the beach. Deerfield is a great area with lots of shops and restaurants and the public beach access was easy to get to.We would definitely rent this house again when coming down to visit family or just to visit the area in general. It is a definite gem in the area!

From the moment I stepped foot into this cozy haven, I felt like HOME! The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request was truly remarkable. My family and friends loved the house and the renovation! Perfect spot for a beach vacation. Very conveniently located to groceries (~4 min walk), restaurants (~2 min walk) and the beach (~15 min walk). Had every possible amenity you could ask for -- putt putt, a hot tub, cruiser bikes and plenty of plates, cups, bowls, silverware, etc. The house is spacious, and we comfortably fit 15 people. The host was also very responsive to all questions we asked. Overall, 10/10 and would 100% go back.
