Reserving a Charter: To reserve a charter, guests can check availability and make reservations online via getmyboat.com our website. Special requests can be addressed by contacting us at contact@nautichicago.com.
Catering Options: While we don't provide catering services, guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol. Alternatively, we can recommend third-party vendors. Please include any catering requests while booking, and we'll assist in arranging options.
Charter Logistics :
Parking: Ample parking is available at 31st Street Harbor. Further details and parking options are accessible via our website.
Vessel Capacity: Each vessel can accommodate up to 12 passengers, excluding the captain and crew, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience.
Chicago River Travel : Traveling on the Chicago River is possible, but please be aware of potential delays at the Chicago Locks, especially during peak traffic periods. Kindly inform us in advance about your river travel plans.
Entertainment : Guests can enjoy their own music using the high-quality Bluetooth sound systems installed on all our boats.
Captain and Crew :
Captain Selection: After making a reservation, a list of approved Captains familiar with our vessels will be provided. Please note, Captains are independent contractors, not employees of Nauti Chicago LLC.
Captain Fees and Gratuities: Captains typically charge between $100-$150 per hour before gratuity. It's customary to leave a gratuity of 20% of the total charter price for the hired captain or crew. All payment details will be listed on the receipt.
Charter Policies:
Cancellation Policy : Please review our comprehensive cancellation policy for details on reservation changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and potential refunds due to weather-related cancellations.
Arrival and Delays : Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled charter time. Please notify us in case of any delays exceeding 30 minutes after the charter's start time.
