Company Cancellation :
In the event that Nauti Chicago LLC cancels the charter due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, your $150 nonrefundable deposit will be retained. We will work with you to schedule the next available charter slot that suits your convenience.
Customer Cancellation
If you, the customer, decide to cancel the charter, the $150 nonrefundable deposit will be retained by Nauti Chicago LLC.
Rescheduling Policy:
If you wish to reschedule instead of canceling, an additional $150 will be added to the charter cost. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled charter.
Captain's Right to Cancel:
The Captain reserves the right to cancel a charter due to weather, failure to follow safety instructions, or inappropriate conduct aboard the vessel. The cancellation may occur at any time before or during the charter. In the event of a weather-related cancellation during a charter, a refund of 10% of the charter cost will be provided.
Cancellation Process:
Customers can cancel by sending an email to contact@nautichicagocharters.com or by calling 847-977-5508.
Charter Arrival and Delay Policy:
Customers are required to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled charter time. If the charter departs early, the full allocated time will still be provided.
Any delay beyond 30 minutes after the charter's start time, without prior notice, will result in the loss of the full charter duration.
Please inform us of any delays to the harbor by calling 847-977-5508. If the Captain and crew are delayed, you will be promptly notified. Any time lost due to OUR delay will be compensated.
