As a little girl I have always had an obsession with shopping and a love for jewelry. I finally decided to turn my obsession and passion into my very own business by opening TarShé’s Creations (Pronounced Tar Shay’s). TarShé’s is a Veteran owned online boutique founded in 2023 by disabled veteran Tara Shavette Holliday. I opened this boutique to share my finds all in one spot, by offering custom made OES and DOI jewelry and accessories at reasonable prices.
