Our transitional housing program provides safe, supportive, and stable living arrangements for young adults (18-24) transitioning out of foster care. Our goal is to empower youth to achieve self-sufficiency, independence, and successful adulthood.
Program Features:
- Temporary housing (6-24 months) with on-site support staff
- Case management and counseling services
- Life skills training (education, employment, financial literacy)
- Connection to community resources and networking opportunities
- Assistance with education and job placement
Objectives:
- Foster independence and self-reliance
- Develop essential life skills for successful adulthood
- Provide a supportive community and network
- Facilitate access to education, employment, and healthcare
Eligibility:
Youth ages 18-24 who are:
- Aging out of foster care
- Homeless or at risk of homelessness
