Our transitional housing program provides safe, supportive, and stable living arrangements for young adults (18-24) transitioning out of foster care. Our goal is to empower youth to achieve self-sufficiency, independence, and successful adulthood.

 

Program Features:

  •  Temporary housing (6-24 months) with on-site support staff
  •  Case management and counseling services
  •  Life skills training (education, employment, financial literacy)
  • Connection to community resources and networking opportunities
  • Assistance with education and job placement

Objectives:

  • Foster independence and self-reliance
  • Develop essential life skills for successful adulthood
  • Provide a supportive community and network
  • Facilitate access to education, employment, and healthcare

Eligibility:

Youth ages 18-24 who are:
  • Aging out of foster care
  • Homeless or at risk of homelessness
