Prototyping Service

Prototyping is a pivotal phase in our process, serving as the bridge between concept and production. Our prototyping service enables meticulous testing and refinement, ensuring that your product aligns perfectly with your quality standards and functional requirements. Through this collaborative process, you retain full control, with opportunities to review and approve each stage before final production.

Fabrication Service

The fabrication process is our field of expertise, we can produce almost anything in sheet metal, testing the capabilities of our machinery. We are industry leaders when it comes to Sheet Metal Fabrication and our production process follows a strict quality control procedure that ensures each product is fabricated in the exact same manner, whether it be 1 product or 1000, we will ensure each product is identical. The types of material we are able work with are:

Powder Coating

Powder Coating is a method of coating a product with free-flowing dry powder. The product is first pretreated through our five stage chemical baths to soak and remove any dirt or oil that remained during the fabrication process, the product is then powder coated. This is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured in a camel-back oven heated to approximately 200°C to allow it to flow and form a protective “skin” layer. Possessing our own in-house powder coating allows us the flexibility to ensure your product meets its delivery deadline as well as control the quality up to the final product all under one roof.

Assembly Service

Assembly is a time-consuming process in which parts or components are assembled to create a final product that can be packaged and delivered to its destination. In this part of the process, we ensure that each component is manufactured correctly with no defects in both the fabrication as well as the powder coating process. Once we ensure that all our process have been executed correctly through stringent quality control, we will assemble, package, and deliver your products to the stipulated destination.
