D Collector is committed to providing great services to our customers! Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Shipping

D Collector ships both locally and internationally. All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 Business Days from the day of purchase. Business Days for ship out or delivery timeframes refer to Mondays through Fridays only. (Does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays that fall on a weekend, when counting business days). Expedited or overnight orders that are placed before 11am CST will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders that are placed after 11am CST will be processed and shipped out the following business day. A signature will be required upon delivery for all packages. Please make sure someone is available to sign for your package. If there is no one available to sign for the package, it will be returned to the nearest post office, and it will be your responsibility to pick up your package from that USPS location. D Collector recommends you kindly take any government-issued photo ID, such as driver’s license, passport or ID card in order to conveniently pick up your package. D Collector will email you once your order has been dispatched from our location. Kindly verify your order before placing it. Orders that have placed cannot be cancelled. By confirming an order with D Collector, you have agreed to our terms and policies.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If there has been a confirmation from USPS that your package has been delivered but you did not receive or sign for it, you must file a claim with USPS, because D Collector cannot be held liable or responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Return and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales and transactions are FINAL and are nonrefundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers. However, we are working on improving our services in order to increase our customer satisfaction. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Exchange Policy

We will only exchange a size if the item we’ve shipped to you does not fit. All items eligible for exchange must be in its original form. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees during the exchange process. Please be aware that items that are on sale or promotion are not qualified to be exchange. Sales are FINAL. Please include a note with the size you prefer in order to better serve you. Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we received the returned package.

Please be aware that D Collector is not responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages while in transit. We recommend that you kindly contact the carrier of the returned package if we don’t receive your package.
