Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: You may return all items purchased from Grocery Made Easy within 10 days of receiving your order for a FULL REFUND, provided that they are returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels/tags still attached. Please note that Final Sale Items are not eligible for return.

    • When entering your order number, ensure you include the hashtag(#) and capitalize "OD." For example, #OD30521 is the correct format. Orders with incorrect formats may not be processed correctly.
    • Use the same email address used for the original order.
  3. International Orders: Customers with international orders (including Canada) are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  4. Receiving a Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary between payment providers.

Additional Information

  • Sales Tax: If your order was shipped within the United States, all applicable sales taxes will be refunded. However, customs duties and sales taxes for Canadian orders are non-refundable through Grocery Made Easy.

  • Repeated Returns: While we offer a flexible returns policy, excessive returns may be flagged and could lead to the refusal of future returns or the closure of your Grocery Made Easy account.

  • Late Returns: Items must be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will be subject to our discretion or returned to the customer.

  • Color Accuracy: While we make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately, please note that variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors and mobile devices. Additionally, hand-washed denim products may exhibit some color variation from piece to piece.
