I am Rina Dilka, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), a registered and licensed member of the CICC (The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants) formerly known as ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) in good standing, and a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
