CA Summit Care Foundation is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve optimal health and wellness in Southern California. As the saying goes, it truly takes a village to support members of our community when someone experiences a health crisis and can no longer stand on their own.
Adversity can come in many forms: it could be a sudden and traumatic accident that strips us of our ability to live everyday life without significant assistance or it could be distress from unmanageable symptoms towards reaching the final stages of a long-standing illness. When we find ourselves in need of a higher level of care, language barriers can make access to the right level of care difficult. Inadequate social and economic resources can make timely access to care challenging.
Conflicting family dynamics, opposing emotional and spiritual beliefs can block or delay consensus, making the right type of care unreachable to those who need care.That is why CA Summit Care Foundation has a team of culturally informed and linguistically capable professionals to step in and help the individual and their loved ones choose the right care options that they need on a regular and timely basis.
