The site includes an online marketplace through which photographers (mentioned on PIC.FAN’s website) may offer photography services and clients may book such photography services.
You acknowledge and agree that: (1) PIC.FAN is not a party to any agreements entered into between Photographers and Clients, (clients contract photographer’s services directly. (2) PIC.FAN does not collect or request any monetary payments or funds regarding any booking such photographers and their services. All payments are directly paid to the photographers upon client booking their services. (3) PIC.FAN is not a broker or the Photographer’s agent and does not insure, nor has no control over the conduct of the photographers, or the outcome of their photos, therefore PIC.FAN disclaims all liability in this regard.
Access and Use of the Service
You may be required to register and create an account to be able to use PIC.FAN ‘s website to access and use certain features and services such as to book a photographer. If you choose to register on our website, you agree to provide and maintain true and accurate information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.
You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You also agree to safeguard your account information and be solely responsible for any use of your Account by you and anyone other than you. You also agree that you are 18 years old and over to be able to register an account on our website.
You agree to immediately notify PIC.FAN of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. You also need to ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session when accessing the PIC.FAN’s website. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

As stated above, PIC.FAN itself does not provide any photography services. Our website serves as a marketplace for prospective Client’s and Photographers to arrange for the matching of a Prospective Client with a Photographer and booking of Photography Services directly with each other. PIC.FAN also do not facilitate locations/ sites, nor facilitates or acts as an agent or payment service on behalf of the clients or photographers.
It is the Photographer’s responsibility to accept and collect any payments for their services directly with the Clients. Both parties agree and understand that there are going to be risks when dealing with other Users (including those who may be acting under false pretenses). Therefore, PIC.FAN does not guarantee, endorse, or control the behavior, authenticity, quality, or legality of the Clients nor the Photography Companies.
Use and Storage of Photographer’s Galleries:
You acknowledge that PIC.FAN has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data or other content maintained or uploaded by the Service. You further acknowledge that PIC.FAN may establish general practices and limits concerning use of our Service, including without limitation the maximum period of time, data or other content will be retained by the Service and the maximum storage space that will be allotted on Company’s servers on your behalf.
You acknowledge that Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period. You also agree that PIC.FAN reserves the right to change these general practices at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
